BYLAWS DESCRIPTION:  The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors and all meetings of the members. She shall also be the custodian of the Association's records.

DUTIES include but are not limited to:    

  • Keep minutes of Board of Director meetings 

  • Keep minutes of all meetings of members 

  • Distribute copies of all minutes to the Vice President for posting on

  • Monitors and responds to / forwards emails received in the Board of Directors email (

  • Maintain all Association records 

PREFERRED SKILLS:  Able to accurately record the key discussions and decisions made in board or member meetings.
