TITLE: SOCIAL DIRECTOR
BYLAWS DESCRIPTION: The Social Director shall arrange all FLWGA social events.
DUTIES include but may not be limited to:
The Social Director shall arrange all FLWGA social events.

Plan a minimum of three major parties each year, typically the Kick Off Party, the Holiday Party, and at least one other Social event.

Work with the Golf Club or outside vendors to plan menus, including beverages

Plan and set out decorations, coordinate set up and cleanup of the party

Arrange for entertainment if needed

Form a Social Committee to help with social events

Prepare and manage the budget for social events

When needed, work with Tournament chairpersons and the Golf Club to plan lunches, decorations, set up and clean up.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Good coordination and negotiating skills, interest in event planning
